All products purchased through Eye Quarter are guaranteed by a minimum 1-year warranty (from the date of purchased). This warranty covers manufacturer defects, materials and workmanship. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage to the lenses or breakage to the frame due to misuse. We will repair all warranties in a timely manner, and if we cannot address the issue within 4 weeks of receiving the frame we will offer a replacement frame. Please note, warranties without reference photos cannot be addressed, since many of our styles have slight variations from production year to year, and without photos we are unable to ensure the correct fitting parts. We reserve the right to evaluate that a product has been misused and that it is not covered by our warranty.
If you have a warranty claim, please urgently email info@eyequarter.com and we will provide you details on shipping of with your eyewear with your original invoice to our customer service department. Please be advised that all shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes any taxes and duties incurred with international packages.
There is no scratch warranty on lenses.
