We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Choose the delivery option that best suits how quickly you need your eyewear. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
We want to keep delivery prices free, however due to the difference in weights of certain products and postage costs, you may be asked to pay a surcharge on heavier items.
We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Refunds and exchanges from purchases that qualified for free postage, will incur a standard delivery charge of £5.00 which will be deducted from the refundable amount. In the case of heavier items that are returned, the actual cost of postage may be deducted.
Claims for items lost in the post can only be started 15 days after the date of postage (Royal Mail rules, not ours). If we need to re-send an item to you, having had that item returned to us by the couriers (because the items could not be signed for upon delivery and were not collected from the courier depot), we will have to charge again for postage of those items.
We are also delighted to fulfil orders overseas with free delivery.
Please note: any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
At Eye Quarter we believe every customer should be able to track & trace every order from the moment it leaves the UK, all the way to their door. This includes international customers.
For this service we use International Signed For from Royal Mail where Items receive priority handling in the UK and abroad and are electronically tracked to the point of delivery. You can check the progress of your item by logging onto www.royalmail.co.uk and clicking the track my order button, there you will be presented with the unique code and a link to the Royal Mail web site, enter the code and you can track your order internationally. Alternatively, you can telephone 0845 609 2609 with the code and you will be updated with progress of your parcel.
If you or another authorized person is not available to sign for your parcel the delivery will be attempted again or a card with the local collection details will be left for your attention.
PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries must be received and signed for. We cannot leave your parcel unattended or with someone else in case of theft, loss or damage.
International orders are charged as follows:
• Free. EU: Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery
• Free. Rest of World: Please allow 10-14 working days.
